“The property was great and exactly as listed. The check in and out process was incredibly easy. Everything was clean and in great shape upon our arrival. “We love the Edgewater House & Sea Colony & Bethany. We have stayed there several times in various units. This unit was as advertised. Everything we needed & great view. We had an issue with the AC which they took care of immediately. Our only negative is we always like to eat out on the balcony. Most of the other units we've stayed at usually had a high table & chairs to eat at. But this is just our preference. Nothing to take away from this unit. Thx for another great time. ❤️☀️🏖️🌊🐬”

“Had no water. Had to call property manager. Found out where to turn it on in the closet. Washer made extremely loud noise. Neighbors were disturbed. So we could not use it the rest of our stay. “We enjoyed our stay with just a couple of blips. The property wasn’t unlocked on our arrival but after a call to Frank, that was resolved quickly. Once in the house we discovered there weren’t any clean sheets or towels. Again, a call to Frank resulted in delivery of items within an hour or so but we missed a dinner reservation while waiting. One main issue was that the clothes dryer was not operational. We called Frank and after two days of trying to reach him, we gave up. There were kitchen……

“The fridge had rust on I️t, the bedroom door scraped the floor and the sliding glass door was extremely hard to open. We were there for literally 36 hours and was told we had to pay $15 per person ( we had 5) for amenities - and our pool was closed for the season. Which leads me to the question- what was the $75 for then? I felt like I was stepping back to the 1980’s when I was told I had to go pick up a key. I have not rented any thing in the past 10 years that I needed a key for. The cleaning……
