"Extremely clean and welcoming property. The property was exactly as pictured in the listing. Best host I have ever worked with. She was kind, informative, and was prompt with all her responses to my questions. We had such an amazing time with family, my only regret is that we didn’t book a longer stay. Definitely looking forward to returning to Delaware Dreaming in the future. I would highly recommend this property!"

"My wife said this was one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever had - that is high praise! We had a great week, my wife and 10 year old and myself at this Bayfront townhome. Beautifully appointed with excellent amenities- they clearly have thought about what renters may need while staying here and provided almost everything you might need. If I was forced to be not-picky I would say bring your own pillows, but otherwise everything was fantastic. Loved having morning coffees and afternoon beverages on the deck overlooking the bay. Loved fishing off the dock with my son - he actually caught one! They provided a rod - we fixed it up so all you have to bring is some bait, I would also recommend a net. They also have crab traps - I recommend “Jim’s Bait and Tackle” in Frankford - 10 minute drive- for bait and gear.Loved being walking distance from the marina where we rented a boat for a day. 3 great restaurants within walking distance. OCMD is a super short drive to hit the boardwalk and the craziness down there, but able to retreat to calm sanctuary on the bay at the end of the day. Also recommend High Tide Coffee in Fenwick and Our Harvest restaurant. We hit the beach at the State park - 10 minutes away.All in all - a great option on the bay with many choices nearby to explore!"
