“The scenery is nice, but there were nuisance calls in the middle of the night, and then the front desk knocked on our door, waking us up, asking if we needed tissue. Didn't sleep well.”

“Randolph was excellent when we arrived. During our stay the hotel was implementing a new key card service and, unfortunately, had some hiccups with it. Randolph and Mellissa went out of their way to provide us with excellent service. They even made us, my wife and I, laugh a few times as they tried their best to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay. Thank you both Randolph and Mellissa.”

“Bike trail is right behind the hotel making it very convenient. Outlets are right there as well. Always clean and comfortable to stay. Breakfast is a little drab though.”

“This was such a cool stay! Their atrium with the animals (tropical birds, koi fish, turtles, etc.) was amazing! I really enjoyed spending time in the atrium and the pool was nice too. I would definitely return. The beach view was amazing.”

Great location for all the boardwalk attractions. Ideal location for visiting the Maryland International Kite Expo...Kite Loft is litterally right next door. “I have stayed at several hotels in Rehoboth Beach over the years. Decided to give this hotel a try. I will not visit again. There are no amenities offered. The hotel is outdated. The only plus is the room was oceanfront. I requested late check out upon check in, and this was not documented. I confirmed late check out the morning of check out, and was told it was not documented, and not possible. My sister, who was staying with me, addressed the issue with the same front desk personnel, and we……

“The front desk staff is exceptional; helpful, caring, funny. Love the room carts during the day to get room supplies with or without cleaning service. The room attendant on my floor even stopped to ask if I needed anything. Still need a bit of breakfast work. Omelet's seem like frozen patties. Would be nice to add spoons at the coffee pots for sugar and napkins for coffee after hours.”

“Very clean room. Staff was couteous and helpful. Hot tub is outside and not available off season. That would have been nice to know ahead of time. Breakfast is continental, no protein beyond milk and yogurt.”

“The staff was fine. Breakfast, although listed as one of the best, was pretty much the same except for a change between pancakes and French toast. Our room was clean and comfortable. Temps were in room controlled so that was helpful. The spa was closed on Wednesday so we never got to use it. Hot tub, we didn't all bring suits so didn't use. We asked more than once for a fire outside snd it never happened.. that was a big disappointment. All in all, I would return.”
