Truly steps to the beach and downtown, we have a 4 year old and a two year old and easily took the wagon to the beach and walked downtown. Hope to be back next summer!”

“We loved being 6 minutes form Esch Beach and Treat Farm Trail, two of our favorite places in the area. It was clean and quiet, with cozy cabin vibes. Someone did a lot of custom woodwork in this rental! It was nice to have a yard and trails behind the property to explore. The host was friendly and available via text for questions. Thanks, Gary! “Beautiful peaceful setting right on the river. Plenty of room for people to spread out. House well stocked. Plenty of parking. Plenty of kayaks for floating the river into platte lake. Owner responded quickly to answer questions. ”

“The home is in a wonderful, secluded location with Lake Anne right in front. It was very nice to have the kayaks and stand-up-paddleboards available and we definitely used them a lot. It was also an easy drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes for a day trip. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals and the beds were comfortable.”

“This is our second time staying at this property on Lower Herring. We are an extended family of eight adults and two toddlers. Pete’s communication is quick and thorough, when needed. There were plenty of comfortable beds for all of us. We really appreciated the cute cottage style bedrooms, new linens and lots of dresser space to unpack.
