ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, TV, desk, ceiling fan, and private bath with jet tub, doble sinks and shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and ceiling fan. Third bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and ceiling fan. Fourth bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds and TV. Aerobed stored in master bedroom closet. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, cooktop stove, oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, wine fridge, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster oven, coffee machine, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 11 people (10 Adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
