“The first night we arrived in the bar i requested a Cocktail was told it was a bit late for ordering a Cocktail as it was 10-40 pm and the bar closes at 11pm, now i did receive it! Now if a bar is open you should be able to order what beverages you like off the drinks menu. A 11pm is very early for closing a lot of guest arriving back to the Hotel were very disapointed as one guest said to me 1am would be the perfect time for closing”

“A good location, not far from BIO Airport. It's a 15-minute walk between the hotel and the city center. Besides a bus stop before the entrance, we found a tram stop nearby. The hotel also served varied selections for breakfasts. So, all good during our stay. Thanks a lot for the hotel staff's effort. ”

“地址標示不清楚，可能是因為在山區偏遠處，又遇大雨，我們沿著山路找好久，後來靠附近居民指路才到達；雖然農莊主人英語溝通不佳，但服務很親切，早餐走簡單鄉村風，蜂蜜、果汁很新鮮，麵包很充足，可以吃很飽；我們尤其喜歡窗外美景，美不勝收。”

“A little out of town and on a relatively steep hill. However, there is a metro station only 200m away which gives easy access to the city. Next to a main road and so there was regular road noise at night. The pool was shut. Staff were efficient and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. A large sitting area on the ground floor to enjoy a drink from the bar.”

“The bed is too soft and hurt my back. The parking space in the basement is so tiny and driveway is very narrow. So be prepared for the challenge when you drive through the way downstairs. The only thing we give compliments is the breakfast as they offer freshly made juice and smoothies! ”

“Everything was great! I left for a conference in Vitoria and I had to go back to Bilbao airport for the flight next day. When I got there, it was so late that I missed the last bus. I called them whether they could pick me up and they immediately help me out! Very kind! However, one more thing I would like to suggest is that it should be more choices for breakfast.”
