“The hotel is set on the river estuary, with beautiful views of boats bobbing up and down and a nice promenade to walk along. On arrival the lift was broken so had to carry out cases up 2 floors, it was fixed by the next day. Also we were told that the hotel was closed the next day so there were no reception, bar or food available. This seemed a bit odd for a hotel.”

“The view from the terrace (in our room) was absolutely amazing! Location is perfect, parking was right there and very convenient. The staff was so helpful, when we had to leave early in the morning and didn't have time for breakfast, they packed it so that we could take it with us! And the breakfast was excellent too! Very strongly recommend this place”

“8 of us stayed here for the recent Rugby finals in Bilbao - mainly because it was the only hotel we could find that offered reasonable value for money (downtown hotels asking £700+ per room per night for that weekend) As the name says this is a budget hotel but it was fine for us. Easy to get to centre of Bilbao on regular trains (station 15 minute walk) Friendly and exceptionally helpful staff. Reasonable breakfast but no other dining options. “This is the most amazing hotel. The staff are delightful, the welcome drink we chose was a very nice white wine from the local area. The hotel has a metro card ready for you to take to travel into the city. The pool was cool but the views amazing. The room was out of this world. His and hers showers. A sofa. A huge bed.
