“I would like to thank for the staff that has been really helpful and kind. The first night I arrived was the eclipse and I didn’t know about that, which they told me about it and the hotel will open the terrace for the guest to enjoy. (A perfect spot as well.) The room was clean. The location is super convenient to go to Guggenheim. You can take the tram easily to the old town and it is nice and quiet. I would recommend this place for travellers to stay.”

“A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant.
