“A great stay (as usual) - hotel is modern and very clean. Staff are great, very friendly and helpful. Car park is a little small, but space is at a premium at the rear of the hotel due to the proximity of the pleasure beach. Thankfully the roller coasters stop around 5pm, so no noise in the evening. Bit of a walk to the nearest tram stop is the only fault I can think of. Would definitely recommend.”

“Nice hotel. Just what you would expect really. Very grateful for view of pleasure beach. This made my daughter’s holiday very special. Let down a bit by reception staff. Young girl very miserable & didn’t seem to be enjoying her job at all. There was also a terrible smell from our bathroom the whole time. Poss drain problem? Cleaners on the other hand were wonderfully courteous & welcoming. Overall a good stay & would stay again.”

“We had booked last minute and we got a good deal considering it was the air show and was going to be busy that weekend. When we arrived at the hotel it was newly built and very clean. The manager Dave was very helpful and friendly and always there if we needed help. I would recommend this place to everyone. My kids enjoyed it so much they want to go back there and stay again.”

“The room was fairly clean no smell the carpet needed a bit of cleaning just a bit of smell from one of the pillows not that bad and the kettle was not unusable because it was not cleaned from inside, there was nothing use to mop up the water in the shower it was wet but the rooms were very spacious shops were near by only 2minute walks and 10 minutes walk to the beach staff were very good”

“Tolles kleines Hotel mit praktischer Lage zum Pleasure Beach. Liebevolle Gastgeber und sehr saubere, gemütliche Zimmer. Achtung bei hohen Temperaturen, es wird schnell sehr warm. Man kann nicht wirklich lüften, es gibt keine Ventilatoren und auch keine Klimaanlage.”

“The hotel was very much worth the money! I spent £25 with breakfast included so honestly I was dreading going a bit. There were a few minor problems in the room but nothing worth even complaining about. The staff were lovely, the food was delicious and the room was clean!”

“We stayed in room 20 outside the door is a flight of stairs so don't drink before going to bed cos if you stumble at the door you have a long way down to go and probably won't live to tell the tale, breakfast was horrendous, had to go to kitchen ask for bacon and eggs as there was none left in buffet trays took them ages to bring more out no one came to check if trays needed filling, hotel had a weird smell, beds were hard as rock didn't have no sleep bed hurt my back only stayed the night thank……

“Friendly helpful chap on reception, parking wasnt part of the booking but he found available space and even offered after stay parking upon our check out, there was no noise from other guests, no issues with Hotel Roomz.”

“Property is not well maintained. Beds are in very poor condition .Lots of stains on the side of bed .Carpet is dirty .Tiolet was not clean properly .only one tiolet roll available even didnt ask for after .Family of four and one tiolet roll .Bed sheets very thin and old but smell fresh .Most disappointed is kettle very bad rusty from inside and cups are same stains inside.i didn't use even how can someone make tea in this kettle ,atleast kettle and cups should be clean these are basic hygiene……
