Absolutely amazing hotel to stay in from the location to the amenities to the decor all were outstanding.
Only 1 thing let this hotel down during our stay and that was breakfast! Only thing I can describe it as was an absolute disaster… people queued for tables and made to wait 25 minutes to be seated… and then when you did finally get a table the “breakfast buffet” wasn’t stocked up at all leaving everyone standing around with half empty plates waiting for staff to fill things up… no plates/bowls etc… really bad. People were even seated at coffee tables leaving them eating breakfast off their knees which I have never seen in a hotel especially one like this of such high standards on everything else. That said I would definitely stay there again but would hope a bit more effort went into breakfast service given how much we spend to stay in such lovely surroundings
