“The elevator not working definitely hurt the rating..and my knees. The elevator hasnt been down just a week or two, but a few months. I wonder why it isnt a priority. The breakfast was basic, but sufficient if you want to save time and money in the morning. The room was clean but had a few minor blemishes. Overall for the price, great. Cant beat the location. ”

“This place is 40 years old. For what it is it is amazing friendly staff. Get room 212 you won’t be disappointed. The bed by the air conditioner is absolutely amazing.”

“This was a last minute trip. We had never stayed here before. Check in was easy. Staff were friendly. Room accommodations were clean and comfortable. The only thing that we can really say that needed attention was the stairs needed vacuuming. Overall good place to stay. Would stay here again. Convenient to 3 beaches. ”

“This is an older property that has been renovated. From the outside, at a glance, you could miss this truly charming gem. I’ve visited the area for over 20 yrs and I never knew this was here. The room was spotless. Had all amenities that we needed (coffee maker & fridge). Bed was super comfy. Decor was retro funky and such a pleasant surprise. We even had a lava lamp! Owner was super laid back and easy to work with. Property is on the edge of one of the lakes that has been drained for……

“We had a great last minute weekend trip with my family and extended family. The house was a nice setup for us with plenty of space and lots of activities outside for all the kids. We had kids ranging from 3-16 and everyone had a blast. We wish we could have stayed a few more nights since we ran out of time to use the fire pit or volleyball area. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes and the road wasn’t crowded. Even the youngest kids didn’t have issues walking. We appreciated and utilized……

“This house was a wreck! Broken doors, house not cleaned, dirty dishes in the cupboard, and I mean with actual hardened food still on them. This house was disgusting. And for what we paid for this property that I would rate slightly below a van down by the river, ocean in this case. Stay away, far far away from this dump.”
