“The hotel was nice, but not up to the expected standards. There was only one elevator working, the breakfast was fair, the pillows were miniature, and the A/C was noisy. Theses are minor, I know, but somewhat agravating. The guest, (which was not your fault, were slaming doors until 2AM.”

“The housekeeping staff stood right outside my door Sunday morning at 8 am very loudly. Woke me up. I wasn’t sleeping very well so it seemed like I got zero sleep. Problem is when I complained, nothing changed. They stayed talking in the hallway for about 30 mins. Not normal for Hilton brand. ”

“The staff was very kind and helpful, the breakfast was better than expected and the entire place felt very clean. I usually don’t prefer a hotel due to limited space but the living area in our room was a very nice feature. This is where I will stay in the future if in the area.”

“The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. The room was modern and very comfortable. The downside was that loud music was playing for several hours in the pool area. We finally called the front desk at 1am about it. The staff said that they had not been able to hear it from inside. They were apologetic and took care of it immediately. Just wish we had called down sooner. Overall a good stay.”

“We were mostly gone as we had a graduation and dinner but the staff were very pleasant and helpful I do wish they had a coffee and tea stand other than meals unless we missed it.”

“I was hoping to rest a bit by the pool before going out with friends. But there was a soccer team with parents staying at this hotel, so there was no chair to use. That’s okay. I’ve just took a nap.”
