"First off, they cannot find the booking we made and already paid via hotels.com. While I will not be quick to blame them for the missing booking (could possibly be hotels.com’s fault as well), I resent the way they manage it. They said the booking was canceled and asked us to rebook and line up again afterwards. Please note we have printed confirmation of the booking while they are unable to show any evidence of cancellation! Never mind extending assistance during our predicament.
Room:
Room is very squishy, not only the floor space but also hardly any table space.
Service:
Staff attitude at the front desk is poor. Being busy is no excuse for being unprofessional.
Location:
It is 800m away from the landing of Runway Manila, which is the walkway to cross from terminal 3 of airport. It is a very difficult walk especially if you have luggage or arriving at night. You’ll need to go up and down curbs, navigate through steps, cross roads, etc. Belmont hotel is right next to the landing, and there are other hotels closer if location is what you care."
"Everything is good here, from welcoming staff, cleanliness of the room, the bakery, breakfast and the surroundings nearby are safe. Many shopping malls and eateries around too. I surely will stay here again if ever I visit Manila again."
"Overall, it’s a good experience to stay here in club sea view room. However,
1. The aircon is too cold and the temperature control seems not working properly.
2. The Balcony did not set up chairs and coffee table for relaxing
3. Sea view is not beautiful and suggest no need to choose this type of room."
