“Very clean and kind staff. ”

“I want to take the time to bring to the attention the amazing front staff that had to deal with the most ignorant entitled and abusive people during the power outage. They were being spoken down to and treated like garbage and maintained composure. I’d like to say I did the same. I stay here a lot for business and this hotel is probably the best hotel staff I have ever experienced. These ladies deserve a round of applause for entitled hockey moms who didn’t care to watch their children and……

“Staff are amazing. Shout out to Jessica! Who is outstanding at her job. I was well taken care by her at dinner and breakfast. She is a gem! Check in went smoothly and the clerk said she had been expecting me. She was helpful when I reported no hot water and the bathroom outlet malfunction. Was offered a room change but on account of the late hour, I declined. I did receive a meal voucher which I used for breakfast. ”
