Space was clean and comfortable.
Close to main areas and transportation.
The temperature in the suite however fluctuated quite drastically to very hot or very cold and even with the attempt to adjust the settings it was clearly programmed that way and wasn’t adjustable long term.
The communication could have been better prior to arrival to know what to expect- I received a text while in the air flying to Toronto and couldn’t reply and they wanted a 90 minute advance notice of arrival.
I would have appreciated more info about what to expect in the information provided at booking.
Other than that, a pleasant stay.
