Enjoy a view of Pointe Royale golf course from the private, covered patio of this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo! A cozy common living area includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with cable TV/DVD and a queen-size sofa bed. The master bedroom features a king bed, cable TV, and balcony access. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and plenty of closet space. Both bedrooms include cable TV and a corresponding bathroom - one with a relaxing jetted tub! An in-unit washer and dryer and free wireless internet are available.

This is a 1st floor condo with 8 steps down to enter. There is no elevator in the building.

Point Royale Condo

The condo was very nice and did look like the listing as shown when we made the reservation. The location was convenient to the attractions we visited in Branson. We would definitely stay there again.

Home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our favorite parts were that it was a lower level condo so it was a few steps down to the front door. We were exhausted with our adventures in Branson. The water pressure in the shower was also great. Everything was adequately clean. Home away from home.

Beware

This property appeared to be updated decor wise and “clean” upon our arrival. We did find a dirty, used washcloth hanging on the shower rail in the master bath. As we were departing, I was adjusting the rug in the living room and as I lifted the corner of the rug, a cockroach was found crawling out. Evidence of cockroach droppings were found under that rug as well. The washing machine also appeared to have mold around the outer ring of the drum so I used a laundromat for laundry before we left. I reached out to the host company and they thanked me for my report but didn’t offer anything in return. Kind of a bummer ending to our weekend getaway.

Branson 2022

Nice and clean condo. Very comfortable sofa and loveseat in den. Beds were nice. Heating unit worked very well. The lighting at night or lack of lighting was very dim and difficult to find condo after dark the first night.

Nice location, but . . .

Nice location, and a great view of the course from the patio. Bedroom curtains need to be more dense to block light and the shower head is rather low. Clean dishes from the previous guest were left in the dishwasher.

Peaceful place.

The condo was great. More than adequate. Clean place. Great for the price. Only complaint, guests with kids should be given condo's on the 1st floor. Overall it was a great experience and beautiful property. Recommend and I'll stay again. Dave Johnson Dixon Illinois
