“I had an outstanding stay. The bed & breakfast is beautifully maintained, spotless throughout, and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The staff were exceptional, friendly and attentive Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and great quality ingredients. Service was efficient and genuinely warm, which made the experience even better.”

The drinks were a tad on the pricey side, but the mid week room price including spa access was excellent value for money. Would come here again in heartbeat. ”

“Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"! Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,……

“The location of the hotel was not in the town centre which was misleading. The staffs were helpful and the restaurant near the hotel provided good and .cheap food”

“Everything was as we expected. Great staff, friendly bar and a great steak night. Not forgetting a fabulous breakfast. The only negative were the impressive bird droppings on my windscreen after I made the mistake of parking under the trees in the car park. Long journey to Tesco Wellingborough to find a car wash!”

“The room was lovely, very clean, good amenities. Staff were great. Sadly, the main restaurant wasn't open when I was there, but the bar was nice. A little annoying to have to pay extra for parking without warning, would have been nicer to be able to include that in the payment upon booking. Overall was a good experience, would definitely stay again. ”

“Very clean. Is a parking lot nearby 2 mins opposite church £5.80 for 24hrs. Got email with instructions to enter. You need to get code to open little lock boxes just outside front door. Is a restaurant next door, think same owner. Were friendly if need advice to enter. Might want earplugs Sunday morning as church bells ring, but i like that. Overall great place and very reasonable price. Right downtown too. ”
