“Didn't meet any staff, I was dealt with via text, which is a little impersonal.
There was a layer of dust on the top of the wardrobe but everything else was clean and I had everything I needed. The towel was very small. The bed was very comfortable.
The fridge worked very well and was silent.
Overall the stay was fine for what I needed and yes I would return. ”

“Room was clean but there was a mark on the bedding which wasn't too savoury.
We were given the disability room for some reason and that meant that the bathroom sink/mirror were low amongst other things. If we had stayed another night we would have asked to be moved as the hotel wasn't full. The staff were very nice as was the breakfast. ”
