“We made the best we could because it was our week at the beach, decided not to let the place change our fun. Great location, close enough to the beach. If you don't bring your own chairs and umbrella they rent it for you $79 per 2 chairs and umbrella. People wake up early to get in front of the beach and beat the ones that rent the shades. This was 1 studio apartment not 1 bedroom so the bed was only 3 Ft away from the pull up couch made it busy for 4, and pet. 😵‍💫 It wont cost much and will……

“This beachfront condo was great. The host was very informative and communicated well with instructions on how to gain access to the condo and also gave several suggestions on what to do in the area. It was clean and the decor was very bright & cheerful. The porch was wonderful, especially the double chaise lounge with unobstructed views of the beach. We enjoyed sitting out there with the breeze. The beach ramp has several steps that might be a concern for people with walking issues (not us). ……

“Everything was as expected! Great place! The only thing I which we could change - to stay a bit longer on check out day then till 10am as our flight was afternoon.”

“We recently stayed for 7 nights. While the location is convenient, we noticed several cleanliness issues. First, the air vents in the bathroom and living room appear to have significant mold growth - it was very disturbing and had we discovered the issue sooner into our stay, we likely would have left for a different rental. Additionally, there seemed to be an infestation of small flying bugs all over the apartment. A collection of these bugs were stuck in a web in the lower right-hand corner of……

“Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay here. Clean and very roomy for 4 girls. Just don’t plan on making a lot in the oven bc it does not open up all the way due to the fridge placement. We also took off the shower caddy in the master bc it messes up the spray from……

“This was our first time visiting Carillon Beach, and we weren’t sure about not being directly on the beach since it was advertised as about a 5-minute walk. Once we got here, we actually ended up loving it.We rented bikes for the week and really enjoyed riding to and from the beach each day. We also took nightly rides and walks because the whole area is so beautiful and peaceful. We liked that no matter where you are on the property, you’re close to a pool, which made everything super……

“Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was unbeatable!!! Especially being the corner unit we had more privacy. Perfect for our family of 4 with 2 little ones who needed to go back and forth a lot. I will say we are not picky sleepers but the king bed could use an upgrade. My……

“Best location in 30 a. Condo needs upgrading and paint. Bed is very soft”

“This apartment was the perfect vacation for our little family.”

“Location was awesome and the ease of access to the public part of the beach was great! The condo was beautiful inside and was very nice. Beautiful view of the ocean and beach from the patio. Beds were comfy. Great WiFi service, check in was easy. A few things I wish I would have known before booking: 1. Benchmark Mgmt makes you sign an entirely different set of rules and regs and charges additional fees. 2. Even tho they use email to communicate with you, they don’t answer via email, only thru……

“Room was clean and very close to everything 30A has to offer. We had a wonderful time and can’t recommend it enough!”
