“Wonderful place for anyone looking to hunt and fish in the area!”

“Was fine. Need to update some furniture. Complimentary breakfast was less than satisfactory.”

“Older motel rooms are ok. Beds were clean but Flies and Asian beetles in room. No basics like other rooms...like tissues, plastic glasses to go with the ice bucket. Just travelers bars of soap and a conditioner... Not my favorite motel but I have stayed at worse.”

“Check in was easy room clean staff great”

“Very clean and beautiful! We did not realize that the bedroom and kitchen were not directly connected but it worked out just fine. Was very nice to park in the garage. Excellent communication from the host! We had a great time!”

“There was NO tissue in our room and there was roaches when we went to get breakfast! When we told the owners they called the police and kicked us out! DO NOT STAY HERE”

“The property was very clean and updated nicely. It was stocked with everything you need except an icemaker or trays for ice. HWY 25 was busy with semis hauling corn as it was harvest season, but wasn't noticeable when inside. Overall, a very nice place and far better than a hotel.”

“It was perfect and what we were looking for!”

“Super conveniently located apartment in a historic building. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. We were very grateful for the A/C I’m the 95-degree weather. Plenty of room to spread out, and a good homebase for our Laura Ingalls Wilder weekend.”

“Beautiful place, conveniently located, so clean and comfortable. Thank you!!”

“It was a cute old home, with all the charm that goes with it. If you are sensitive to old home basement smell, you might want to bring an air purifier. We arrived in the evening and out the door early, would have enjoyed more time.”

“We loved the this rental! Devon was quick to communication and very accommodating! House was very clean, had everything we needed! We loved the location and how close to the water we were!”

“The bunkhouse was everything we needed. DeSmit was a quaint safe town to visit.”

“Property was clean and comfortable. Hot tub was great. No oven, so plan accordingly with meals. The downfall was having no access to the water from the beach. Dock needs a ladder.”

“Cute, quaint little place. Space is limited but perfect for what we needed.”
