“This was not a great experience. When we got there the place had not been cleaned. There was trash in the kitchen and hallway bathroom. I had to wash the main bedroom sheets and make the bed before I could sleep. After traveling 7 hours, this was disappointing. When i tried to reach out to the owners i got no response. Also, finding the entrance was difficult. There needs to be a better explanation about where the place is located with the building. It was very hard to find the first time.”

“Unfortunately there was a leak in the dishwasher when we got there, which was unable to be repaired. The previous guests dirty dishes were still in the unit, which was most of the dishes and silverware. Thankfully, we ate out most of the time, but if we were cooking, it would have been inconvenient. Otherwise, the place is wonderful. Great view, very cozy. A car that can handle steep curving driveways is advisable in the winter for sure. Also, bring body soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc., as……

“Great unit for our family of 4. We loved the location between Boone and Sugar Mtn and views from the porch were beautiful. Nicely decorated and everything was very comfortable and clean. We also signed the Guest Book, which is alway fun to see in a rental. Kids loved the loft area but it does get very warm if the fireplace is on. The indoor hot tub at the clubhouse was not available due to a maintenance issue, so if that’s important I would just verify all amenities before booking. Though they……

“The place is nice and secluded. I loved the fireplace and the jacuzzi tub was nice after being on the slopes all day. Not as good of a view of the slopes as advertised. The entrance was covered in ice when I arrived and I had to use a plastic shovel that was left there so that I would be able to walk through a portion of it without falling. This was a safety hazard all weekend. A bag of trash was sitting by the entrance when I arrived and all weekend. And the microwave didn't work initially……
