“I've been an expedia customer for b years and never experienced this. Horrible. Sat in dark lobby for 2 hours trying to check in. Nobody showed up. Called the hotel twice and they put me on a 20minute hold just to hang up on me then I called expedia and they hung up on me. I was waiting til 2:30am to check in. Then its the wrong address. So I had to catch another $40 uber to another county after they finally set me up for another room at 3am. So I ended up spending another $80 on Uber. Worst……

“Place was dirty outside near the registration window. Rooms had old/dirty sheets that have not been replaced. The room smelled of mildew on the rugs and bedspread. The floors had dead roaches and spiders on them. Toilet had dirty rings and smelled awful. I could not stay a full night in the place. I got there at 1:00 am and got up at 5am. I leaned back in a chair for a while and did not come back. Please do not go here it is one of the worst places I've been. Very nasty.”

“Rooms was said to be updated, but a coat of paint is not updated. Shower had mold above it. Towels looked to not be washed, they looked dirty and didn’t smell much better. One bed was missing a pillow. The refrigerator was the cleanest part of the room”
