I stayed 1/30/26 - 2/1/26. The parking lot was super icy but not much could have been done after winter storm came through. Lobby was clean and offered infused water & coffee for guests. Room was clean! Staff was very friendly!! Great roof top bar! Zach the bartender was so helpful with places to visit in town as it was our first time in Memphis. Great location for checking out Beale street too!

It has gone down since the last time I was there. Did not feel safe. Too much traffic.
Havent done much yet but it is beautiful and i cant wait to see more !!
