“Communication great, received messages about how to get in for my stay. Room clean tidy and had everything I needed for my stay. Was very grateful for the water when I arrived and appreciated the snacks that were left. Washing machine tumble dryer and ice machine available in out building. Lovely big tv and loved being able to play records when I arrived and getting packed to leave. Great stay!”

“It’s not a hotel. It’s an Airbnb. You have to check yourself in remotely. There’s no staff nothing to call. Calling this a hotel is a clear misrepresentation.”

“This is the second time staying at this property. It's conveniently located near Beale Street and other downtown attractions. It's very pricey, however. Parking is expensive, drinks at the bar are expensive, and the ducks.... Yes, these are fun to watch once or twice, but it's extremely crowded and difficult to get a good spot to see this attraction. You should stay there at least once, but expect to pay additional fees on top of the Expedia charge.”

“This is a nice hotel just 1 block from Beale Street. Our room was clean. The complimentary breakfast was good (real) scrambled eggs, good sausage links, make your own waffles and more. Complimentary water and lemonade in the lobby. I'd stay there again.”

“This hotel is absolutely amazing. Everything is clean and fresh smelling. The carpets look brand new and the room were so clean. Parking is gated and right by the back entrance. Unfortunately it cost over $30 a night. Which what you have to pay for the rooms there should be free parking. The pool is real nice and inside so you do not have to worry about sun or weather. But because it is inside if you get a lot of kids in there you will not be able to stay in there because it is entirely too loud……

“I love the Westin but this one needs some love. This place needs a deep clean. The carpets are dingy, there is a lingering smell. There was a weird dip in the bathroom floor and a shower curtain that doesn’t fit the Westin aesthetic. Water was not stopped by the curtain as it was too short. Water pulled in the floor. Unfortunate.”

“Very unique place to stay. Loved the lobby bar and atmosphere. The staff are excellent, super friendly and welcoming.”

“We did one night here on our roadtrip. There is a great Irish pub across the street and 10 min walk to Beale. Bed was comfy”

“We loved the lodge decor and spacious room. It was so quiet we slept very well on a comfortable king size bed. The only concern was there weren’t enough choices for restaurants in the complex. Driving through Memphis was not a good option so we ate at Wahlburgers twice and then didn’t eat anymore during our stay. The staff were very friendly and prompt with any questions we had. We asked for the concierge but they said there wasn’t one. That was a little disappointing. There were no maps of the……
