“No one was answering the phone nor their buzzer at the lobby. Security had to let us in and even so, we stayed downstairs for 30 minutes trying to contact the number provided on the email but no one answered. Security had to accompany us to the apartment. Not a good experience after a long day.”

I spent 1500 bucks to stay in her place for two nights. The least I expect is a little friendliness when I call for vital information on how to enter the property. “Les hôtes ont été très gentils et le condo est bien situé près de l’action mais en même temps très bruyant et comme il n’est pas climatisé on peut difficilement ouvrir les fenêtres. Pauvrement équipé (1seule coupe à vin) mais surtout vraiment pas propre. Je ne le recommanderais malheureusement pas. On ne nous avait pas dit qu’on devait aller dans un stationnement public très dispendieux”

“Terrible experience 1 - Never received instructions to check-in. 2 - the building does not allow for short term rentals and my electronic assess key was canceled during my staying by the building administrator. 3 - I could get into the apparent tanks to support and kindness from the front desk personnel during all my staying 4 - never got any feedback from the landlord/administrator despite my numerous attempts. 5- The contact phone number left by landlord/administrator is fake.
