“Check in was almost impossible as set out in the instructions by the owner.....we eventually had to call upon the concierge to assist us with gaining access to the room ...and ....after reading the rules and regulations for the location left in the room for us to read...it was noted that a 1500 fine for even talking to the concierge was going to be chargedWe were verbally attacked and abused by elderly residents of the building saying renting any rooms in the building was against rules set out……

“Extremely easy check in and instructions. Great communication. Beautiful place on the river with park walks very close. Great location to get off to Banff or explore the city. The place was spotless. Plenty of coffee pods. Underground parking was great and easy to use. Great stay!!”
