Complimenti e grazie. Ottavio De Grossi”

Breakfast had good savory and sweet options including fresh ground and brewed coffee, eggs, local farm to table ingredients and friendly helpful staff. Front desk staff varied in attitude and demeanor , but Leila was excellent. Room cleaning was thorough and prompt. Pedestrian exit convenient to shops and restaurants. However, Wi-Fi was spotty at best and could be improved. Mezzanine conference room area good……

“We loved our stay at Il Giardinetto. The hotel is beautiful and right on the lake. We had a room with a balcony and lake view and really enjoyed the beautiful view every day for our first cup of coffee. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. All the staff were charming and very helpful. We spent the night before at a hotel close to Milan airport, as we were arriving in the evening and worried about delays. Hotel Il Giardinetto arranged a car to come and pick us up……

“I loved the lakefront location and room with a view. Both the train station and bus stop are very convenient, my only disappointment was that boat service is suspended until April of 2027.”

“This hotel was amazing! Great location, beautiful views overlooking lake orta. Beautiful walkway on the lake and the city was amazing and very walkable. Beds were comfortable, amazing bathroom! Great shower and double sinks. Wish we could have stayed here longer. We missed the breakfast as we had an early departure but it looked fantastic! Beautiful room and lots of selections.”
