When we arrived we were able to reach help and they very quickly got us the info and got us in. The space was very clean and modern and the location was great. "This is a lovely hotel around a mile from Stresa town centre overlooking lake Maggiore. Staff are friendly, rooms are spacious and clean with air conditioning. Breakfast is excellent. The walk to the town is beautiful with views all the way of lake Maggiore."

"Location is ideal, only 10 min walk to train station and bit less to lake. All staff were great. It is a Viking tour hotel so you do get a lot of people staying but the hotel facilities can handle it. Breakfast was a wide range the only criticism is that the hot food isn’t hot. Cold scrambled eggs, bacon. The room we had Mountain View was big enough for a week no issues. Lake maggorie is vast and traveling everywhere on the ferry can get expensive. Worth the money is the Maggiore express on the weekends that take you to Locarno in Switzerland and scenic train back. All in all a lovely 7 days."

"Excellent location! Just 5 min walk from train station and 2 min walk to Lake and promenade. Staff was very friendly. The only downside was a very small shower with no tray to put soap or shampoos. You have to either hold them or put on the floor."
