Malena the front desk lady did a great job checking me in, very professional and Max in the early morning for the check out, they both made a friendly interaction, personal just to make me feel good. The room was very clean, the sheets and pillows amazing, the bathroom I could say newly remodeled. Very happy with my stay, I’ll stay there again no problem. Lots of places to eat around and like 1 min walk to the lake."

"The hotel is gorgeous. Very elegant. Felt like living in a palace. The staff were satisfactory but not very personable. It felt like the staff were aware of the luxurious nature of the hotel and acted removed. Maybe there is no way around it. We felt more personally taken care of in smaller boutique hotels. The breakfast was nice and rich. The communal areas of the hotel were very pretty and elegant. There is definitely a trade off in this hotel between the luxury and person-ability of the experience."
