“We stayed there because we were going to a concert @ Humphrey's. BW was in a fantastic location for us walking to the concert. The park across the street was wonderful! Shopping? We did not see ANY place to shop in the vicinity, not even a convenience store. Dining? Slim pickins. Just restaurants @ the hotels near by, which seemed to serve the same type of food & was expensive. Transportation, only taxi, uber and lyft, no public transportation available either. It would have been REALLY nice to……

“There are two elevators, only one is open, the elevator is very slow, tell the front desk to clean, no room cleaning, call four times to ask for bath towels, about 45 minutes later, the hotel restaurant does not open on weekends, can only order takeaway, parking There is no credit card verification in the field, and parking charges are also very unreasonable”

“Absolutely a great place to stay if you are visiting to catch a baseball game at Petco Park. Everything is in walking distance, the Midway is across the street, tons of restaurant options, DoorDash friendly. The best part was the customer service and the assistant manager of the hotel, Curtis Presley. He went beyond and above helping us out with navigating San Diego. Curtis and the entire staff of Embassy Suites are really amazing and really help people with disabilities and making you feel……
