“Our family visited the Lake of Egypt area for 2025 Spring Break. The property is well maintained, well managed, friendly, accessible (minus the 1,000 steps to the water jk), and well stocked. The downstairs is perfect for kids to play and sleep while allowing adults the ability to enjoy the wonder view of the lake at night.The property owners are approachable, friendly, and available. We were not from the area and weather hazards were in the area during our stay, they communicated and checked in……

“Amazing little cabin! Spent a week here while celebrating our 15yr Anniversary, it allowed us to explore all the hiking trails and wine tasting we wanted with its location. Best part our fur baby got to join us and enjoyed fires at night. Hot tube was great for relaxing after a day of exploring! ”

“Had an issue this year with the right boat slip where it previously had a lift. On the right side it had a piece of metal that did significant damage to the boat, scratching and gouging the side. High water at the beginning of the week did not help and probably contributed to the problem.Strongly suggest removing the metal from the side of the dock and block off immediately.”
