“I absolutely loved my stay here!! It was so clean and cozy with everything I needed to relax. I loved the privacy and view from the windows too. So pretty! The bedding was really nice. I slept wonderfully and I’m normally a light sleeper! It was also a convenient distance to everything I needed in town. I can’t wait to stay here again!”

“My partner and I went to an intimate concert from MSP to Des Moines. It was a much needed getaway and Downtown Des Moines was an unforgettable surprise! With on street parking that is free all day Sunday, we did not ever have to search for parking. We were able to park on the street and right outside of the property for the duration of our stay! That was one of several sweet perks. It was never noisy nor busy. Instructions to enter the property were simple and the bed was comfy. Our host was……

“Property was in a good location, street parking was very easy. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful. ”

“If you need to be on campus, this is the perfect spot! Squeaky clean, it has everything you need. The only small issue is the on-street parking which was tricky during the relays but I’m sure is better other times during the year. It was quiet and the other tenants were considerate.. loved it! ”
