“Everything was great!”

“It was a great spot to get to uptown for our concert and walk across the street to the grocery store! On the downside I reported issues to the owner or management company and I feel like they don’t care about issues-like plumbing and mold, I even sent photos and feel like they don’t care very sad!”

“We were traveling with my 88 year old mother. This property had 1 dedicated parking spot (a great feature if you know how challenging parking can be in KC) and plenty of onstreet parking immediately adjacent to the condo. Property was as described and this unit has no stairs either to the property or to the unit which was very helpful traveling with my mom. Neighborhood was quiet with low traffic around the condo. All amenities advertised were present. Only small criticism is furnishings……

“Property wasn’t cleaned before we got thereFruit loops on floorBed smelled like hair products Other bed had a make up brush and food crumbs under the coversDishes in dishwasherWhole place smelled like marijuanaBathroom door had been tagged”

“We had an awesome stay here!! The host made sure that we had everything we needed and the apartment was to our liking which it was!! You cant get a hotel room that has this much room in it and a washer/dryer and full kitchen and definitely not as clean as this one was!! The benefit of being right above Ragazzas and the street car that stop right in front of the place was the Cherry on top for us!! Cant wait to stay here again!!”

“It’s in a great area. Just not a 4/5 star property”

“This was a beautiful and unique apartment. We were only there for one night, but I would have loved to check out all of the cute shops below.”

“Clean quiet and a convenient location.”

“The loft was wonderful! Definitely had everything we needed. We were surprised by the amount of space we had. Very comfortable, lots of details/ thought went into this space. Super fun location. Hoping to stay here again. ”

“Great”

“The place was not very clean. Pictures don’t accurately represent the current conditions. Check-in staff less than friendly. ”
