“The room was very clean and comfortable”

“Room smell like cigarettes ,check-in staff was nice and helpful,breakfast was normal,ac was working great HOUSEKEEPING,stole my stuff and the owner lied for them. Nor did he apologize or reimburse me. I had to call the police,I heard when I was leaving this has happen several times before. Looks like I need to press charges on the hotel owner. He claim nobody went in the room than he said they did go in and throw a box away”
