“Good and convenient ”

The television was filled with snow and grainy pictures and would constantly disrupt the like it would lose signal. So you couldn't watch a full five minutes before losing signal.”

“When we checked in, he asked if we needed anything special. We requested to be on maybe level two or above. He then looked at our reservation and said since we went through a Third Party, he wasn’t able to accommodate us since they were full. Had we gone through them it might have been easier. He gave us a room on the first floor. When we got to our room, it was not very clean. The window was broken. The remote wasn’t even working. We had to go to the front desk to get batteries in order for it……

“Staff was very nice to refund my money. The pictures are very deceiving. The pictures on Hotels. Com my have been from the 70's when they opened. Rooms very runned down and so was the bedding and carpet. Needs alot of TLC.”
