It’s definitely the best option to stay at in Lubbock. Close to a lot of things like restaurants and coffee shops. The only complaint would be their restaurant. My friend paid $32 for a salmon that wasn’t cooked well. They forgot her bread order. And it took almost 40 minutes to get our order. Because of the price I rate this average. The staff was friendly. Would have been nice to have been offered help w luggage. I think it should be a standard question. My friend and I had a lot of luggage. But we managed on our own. Overall. I would stay there again simply because it felt safe.

Property was great however my wife sent her food back because it was cold and it came out hot but she got violently ill not long afterwards. Wondering if the kitchen did something to her food!

Booked the property for a single night due to child attending the TTU Band and Orchestra Camp. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any needs we may have had. Suites were clean and well maintained. Wife and I had a wonderful stay and will definitely book again when in Lubbock.

Everything in the room was sticky and felt unclean. The shower/tub has rust stains and the towels were like sandpaper. We stayed here 3 years again and there has been a noticeable decline. Also not allowing check in until after 4:00, then a long line of people that had been sitting in the bar area waiting to check in.

Restaurant and server staff was very nice and friendly. Bed was comfortable but Room was not as nice as expected. Burnt out lights in bathroom and headboard , things were sticky and carpet not super vacuumed, rust in shower.

The parking for handicap was completely full. As we are handicapped. There was some kind of venue going on and we had to park really far from the entrance. The shelving by the window in our room was diety and sticky. The bathtub was rusty and wasn't very clean. We expected a much cleaner place considering the price we paid. Heard so many nice things about this place. The only thing nice was the desk clerk and the lobby was very nice. Will not stay here again.
