“When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff greeted us warmly and were very friendly. Unfortunately, we had several issues with our room. We paid for two queen-size beds in the newly renovated, nonsmoking section because there were three people in our group. However, when we arrived, we were given a room with one king bed.
