“When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff greeted us warmly and were very friendly. Unfortunately, we had several issues with our room. We paid for two queen-size beds in the newly renovated, nonsmoking section because there were three people in our group. However, when we arrived, we were given a room with one king bed. After returning to the front desk, we were moved to a room with two beds, but it was located in the smoking section and had not been renovated. The two beds were also……

“Normally Quality Inns are decent. They said that they recently purchased this from a Comfort Inn. Thus that is why the Wi-Fi was still under that name. Ice Machine did not work. The AC took a while to cool actually cool the room down. You can tell that the shower has seen it fair share of use over the years. Not many options in this town and we thought we were getting what we are use to from this chain.”

“Stayed to attend Reds Fest. Great location, not far from the MLK Park, Reds, and Ground Zero. Lobby and rooms clean, common kitchen accessible for guest. Check in is all automated, so no front desk. Owner very nice person”

“We were a little disappointed in our accommodations. There are way too many personal effects everywhere.It felt like we were in someone’s home that was very cluttered. The rooms were clean. We just felt very uncomfortable. Therefore, we left and only stayed one night.”
