“This was a perfect getaway for my wife and I. From reservation through check out was smooth and simple. The house itself is so great. The views alone are worth it. We will be back for sure. ”

“We booked this for a large family reunion and it turned out better than I could have hoped. Everyone had room to relax and catch up. The bedrooms were huge! We prepared many meals, and the kitchen was easy to use- having two refrigerators was really convenient too. The game room was a huge hit with the kids and adults- especially the ping pong table. The noise from the highway and trains was noticeable the first night, but we got accustomed to it quickly and slept better the following nights.……

“Excellent hotel we are coming back in a few months”

“Room was great, couch was a little uncomfortable, but we weren't on it that much. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was good. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Heater would blow cold air. You get one sheet and a thin blanket. Froze all night. The fridge doesnt work just made noise all night. Showers need a curtain, you have to step out in cold puddles of water to get shampoo and the tile is uneven. You get one towel. Not enough parking spaces. I will be staying in spirit lake again but never staying here again”

“clean room shops nearby nice staff”

“This was my 5th time staying here. Love this place!”

“The staff were great . My wife was in a wheelchair & they opened the room for us . Our room was very wheelchair accessible. The staff is very friendly & helpful . Our only complaint is the bad smell around the drained swimming pool.”

“The room i stayed in was pretty good especially for the price. The rooms have been remodeled and are what the photos show. Pro: everything is pretty much new. Liked that there was a kitchen and full fridge with microwave, sink and stove. Bathroom was really nice too (you will need to use the kitchen sink to wash hands as theres no bathroom sink) and bed was pretty comfortable. The area is overall pretty quiet (besides the cars on the road). The area is also very pretty and you can see alot of……

“I booked a week stay at the birds nest. I ended up only staying 2 nights of my reservation as the WiFi wasn’t robust enough for my work, the shower didn’t work, and the AC didn’t work. The host was ok with the stay cancelation and even filled the rest of my stay with other guests through another platform. The host asked me to leave an hour early the morning of my departure as well. I have texts with the host that prove I was not there my whole stay and also that the shower didn’t work and I also……

“The house was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the dog amenities and our pups were glad they could travel with us.”

“Location was convenient and easy to find. Minutes from Silverwood. The room was immaculate clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.”
