“First impressions were very underwhelming considering the beautiful homes and luxury apartments that surround the property. The property itself is lacking in landscaping and there was really nothing appealing about the looks of the building or property. The 2 bedroom unit that we stayed in was immaculately clean, but you can tell that it is an older building with no glitz or glam. “I was looking into staying in either Sunny Isle or Bal Harbour but ended picking this location instead as it looked very attractive and quiet, which is what we was looking for. I stayed Mon- Friday with my elder mother and adult son. The room itself was very pleasant, ultra clean, and all rooms were large enough. The staff were kind and amicable and service was good. “We enjoyed a sisters’ trip there! The condo is super clean, beautifully decorated, and has everything you need to enjoy the balcony and the beach. Check-in and check-out were smoothly organized and our host, Ben, was always timely and clear in his communication. We all agreed that our stay there was great but too short!”
