"I liked how we were greeted before entering by the Valet attendant. Once inside we were greeted again by the staff at the counter and allowed to check in early without any hassle. Due to the airline changing our flight time we arrived earlier than we thought and was worried that we would have to sit in the lobby. Great customer service is what I love and we received just that! "

"Good hotel if you are looking for a place near the cruise terminal. They have a third party shuttle that you can pay extra for that will take you to the cruise area which is only 5 -10 min away. There’s a restaurant in the hotel and also some restaurants close by. We were recommended to go to the hotel restaurant and to Lester’s diner close by. Both were good and close. "
