“While the cabin had some nice qualities, our stay was unfortunately affected by several significant issues. The water had a very strong iron/metallic/sulfur smell that was difficult to tolerate and made using the sinks, shower, and toilet very unpleasant. We also noticed visible rust/iron flakes in the toilet water. Additionally, the shower did not seem to have been fully cleaned before check-in, as there was hair left behind and what appeared to be soap scum on the walls of the shower. During……

“This place is fantastic. Tons of space for everyone. The downstairs family game room kept us and more importantly the kids busy. The furniture is very comfortable and places to sit for all. “I almost lost my bag. In the end my coat was stranded at the hotel. I chose not to have my coat because I had a flight to catch. The service staff changed a few times, but none of them satisfied me. They were either very anxious or seemed to want to sleep. They almost left my driver's license in his copier and almost prevented me from boarding the plane. It's horrific, kind of unbelievable. “Main guest restroom in the lobby area had no paper towels, and no soap. When this was brought to the attention of the front desk, they acknowledged that they knew about it and couldn’t do anything about it because they didn’t have access to the cabinet that stores the soap and paper towels.
