“This property is definitely showing its age. Many of the areas appeared dirty, areas with peeling paint and torn carpet. My first room had soaking wet carpet from the air conditioner that had been running before I injured the room. The clerk was helpful and switched me to another room, but unfortunately it smelled like mildew, had rust around the door frame and in the shower, shower curtain appeared dirty. The refrigerator had an extension cord running to a separate receptacle and was smaller……

“Stayed for a week, loved the room. No complaints, would stay again if I’m ever in the area! 10/10 recommend.”

“Maid left our door open, we had items taken and have had zero follow up from the hotel nearly 4 days later. When reported to the front desk staff, she was rude and unhelpful- seemed to care O%. I have had to email and call corporate to even find out what the policy is for this. Terrible customer service from the front desk- had she handled things better and shown any concern for over 2k in missing property, I’d not have been as mad. We stay Mariotts all the time and this hotel was poorly……

“let me start by saying the front desk staff was great! Room was dirty.. crumbs in the sofa bed.. like a lot of crumbs.. sticky stuff all over floor in kitchenette area, dust everywhere.. hair and what looked like crumbs in the shower.. sticky stuff in and on fridge. oil all up inside of washing machines and dryers downstairs.. only 1 washing machine worked btw.. Breakfast was ok.. eggs were like yellow colored styrofoam but the rest was ok. free hotel breakfast so.. cant complain too much..……

“This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel, and both times I ran out of soap because the bathroom soap dispenser was empty. It seems that the staff does not check or refill the dispensers before guests arrive. Considering that this hotel is not cheap, I expected a lot better service and attention to basic details. Its disppointing to pay these prices and not receive basic amenities like soap. I hope management addresses this issue so future guests don't have the same experience.”
