In fairness to the place, there was some exterior building updates that increased the dirt and noise. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was better than most. Bathroom could have used some attention with cleanliness. The entry driveway was bit confusing.

The property is very run down for a Hampton. My room was clean. No concerns there. Other guests were super noisy until well after midnight. There needs to be quiet hours because the hotel is not well insulated. Lots of trash in front of the property. Just overall needs some TLC.

I requested a two bed room, handicapped accessible, and late checkout. They had no record of my requests and stuck us in a box of a room that was very small and only one double bed. (There wasn't room for more). I was impressed with the service. Everyone was courteous and helpful. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the accommodations. I won't be staying there again.
