“Upon check in, I was sitting in a wheelchair and even though I made the reservation, the front desk girl did not converse with me when my husband went to the car to retrieve my purse. “We were very upset as we picked this hotel had a small water park and the grandkids, we coming to see us and use the slide/ But the slide was closed as they had no one to watch it.
