“Kitchen could use more kitchenware items such as cutting board and baking pans. Rooms were clean. The water pressure was weak, could be because we were on the 6th floor, parking was great because no meter enforcement on the weekend. ”

“Pool had no towels one of the days at 10 am. Told the staff we needed towels. Said they would have housekeeping drop some off. Never happened, at least not in the next half hour...Same with the room. Called front desk to get more towels. Were told they would bring some up for our second day. Never happened. Stopped at front desk and was told that they need 24-hour notice...There was a sock on the ledge of the pool for the duration of our three-day stay, so what does that tell you in regards to……

“The breakfast menu was standard, the heating in the room was difficult to keep even temp, we had to keep adjusting and it would get very loud at times. But we were very dismayed that the TV wouldn't work at all. They sent someone to try fixing it, to no avail, so they did discount our stay.”
