“This is in a great location, close to Busch Stadium and the Arch. Quiet neighborhood, with lots of choices close by. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable, and I would not hesitate to return when returning to St Louis. ”

“ It is on a quite street with parking out front, and a great very large park nearby. Public transportation including light rail is with in .5 miles. Walgreens very close. Lots of great restaurants in area. Much less expensive than Union station where my event was being held. Very well decorated and has all the amenities one needs. Structurally the building/floor could use some work but the build is very old and the owners are getting it done.”

“Large open space loft. Plenty of room to relax. Close to many attractions. Secure doors and very clean.”

“We stayed at Ballpark Heights for the location. Walkable to The Arch and Ballpark. Parking garage on the adjacent block. The studio was comfortable for two but no more. Very clean and supplied with everything we needed for a two night stay. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Stay was nice. Walking distance to Busch Stadium (the reason for our visit), which was great but there was also a lot of traffic after the game. There is also a club in the lower level of the building which can either be a good or bad thing. We are pretty deep sleepers so didn’t bother us much. The place was nice and clean. Comfortable for our family of 5. No toiletries so recommend packing shampoo, conditioner, etc. ”

“My best friend and I visited with our preteen daughters. The apartment was beautiful and luxurious, yet cozy with comfortable beds, lots of extra blankets and all the “little extras” like kcups and snacks. Victor was a great host! Communication and hospitality were top notch. The deck is definitely the icing on the cake with a view of the arch on one side and the river on another. We enjoyed coffee on the deck both mornings!
