"Stayed 2 nights with 2 grown sons in separate private rooms. No private parking. Public metered parking is limited. No elevator and no fire safety exits. Stuffy and bit moldy. Beds were comfortable and bar underneath has great food. I would not recommend. "

"Needed help when I left it disgusting place no heating the one lift was being used for workmen as renovations were being done This disgusting place should be shut down they even charge for car parking NEVER AGAIN Hotels will never use your company again"

Unfortunately the sauna was not working during our visit which was the only disappointing aspect of our stay. The suite near the spa was a very comfortable room to occupy. Dinner and breakfasts were thoroughly enjoyable and delicious. "

"Nice staff and rooms, but the communal parts of the property are quite dated. The pool wasn’t open during our stay due to heating issues which we were emailed about a week before but by then we had already booked excursions from Isle of Mull, ferries and travelled from far so it was too late for us to change all of this and we’d loose to much money. We were also surprised that you had to book a slot for the hot tub which was cleaned every other hour and completely emptied every three days according to maintenance man- this was extreme we felt as we have the exact same hot tub at home and have had for over 20 years and we have never been told we need to empty it every 3 days! The spa chill area behind the hot tub where you can sit inside and enjoy the view is also very small and there were several people walking in and out leaving the door to slam so hard, walking back and forth all the time to check the hot tub and it made for not so “chill” of a location so I just went back to my room. One thing I would like to say though is the massages were incredible. The two ladies that work there are extremely kind and skilled. I would definitely recommend getting treatments with them as it was certainly worth the money. "
