“Die Lage direkt am Hafen ist super. Lokale zum Essen gibt es vor dem Hotel. Es gab nur 1 Handtuch für 2 Personen. Im Badezimmer gab es einen unangenehmen Geruch. Der Seifenspender ist kaputt, er rinnt. Zum Einchecken braucht man ein Smartphone mit Internet, was bei den Nachbarn leider nicht funktionierte. Es gibt kein Personal vor Ort !!!!!!!”

“Das Zimmer ist extrem klein dadurch ist man in der Bewegungsfreiheit sehr eingeschränkt. Das Hotel entspricht der Kategorie ,gute Lage ,freundlicher Empfang ,das Frühstück ist auch gut ,”

“Staff was kind and friendly. Our room was not clean, the sheets were stained and it was a very dark, dingy room with a view of a parking alley and no water. There was absolutely no parking. Rather than telling us they offered valet they had us drive around looking for parking (there is none that’s not max 2hrs that we could find). When we returned unsuccessful we saw a sign for valet and asked about that and were then offered valet parking for $25/night which we chose to do. That basically meant……

“The pictures on Expedia were misleading. The check in went smoothly, however, we ultimately decided to leave and forgo staying. There were many people checking in so it appeared quite popular. The cost, given what other, nicer hotels in the area were charging, we decided to leave. My smell was of older place and my eyes were itching so we didn’t feel it was a good match for us.”

“At check in we were allocted a room on 3rd floor and informed the lift was out of order. As my Wife has a heart condition and is awaiting surgery this was unsuitable. we were informed that Expedia had been informed of the lack of a lift and that they (Expedia) should have advised us of this fact before we arrived. We stayed in the hotel for only one night checking out on the 27th June as my Wife found the stairs extremely difficult, having to stop and recover at each landing. I have to say that……

“Rooms and full place needed updated clean bed”

“Old hotel and not really clean. Hair on linen. The worst thing is no wifi connection at all because they are fixing it for days. The hotel should inform guests who want to book the hotel in advance rather than saying sorry after we arrived. Really bad experience as we are cheated.”

“Excellent little B&B! So clean, comfortable, and set up very well. Good location to explore Oban and environs. My only issue was there are no “public areas” to relax in and the cover picture set a scene looking over the water but there is a very busy road along the front of the property below the photo making the garden not very relaxing”
