“Breakfast is very good! Staffs are nice. Beddings are comfortable. Restaurants are nearby. Just 10~15 minutes walk to President hotel, then you can get on the hop on hop off bus, which cover most of the significant sightseeing points.”

“This hotel, as well as all Cuban hotels, are owned by the Cuban government. They refused to honor my confirmed reservation and would not check us in. No reason was given and they refused to discuss why. We were not the only reservations refused that day. Apparently the atrophic Cuban government likes to flex its flabby muscles randomly to show they are in charge. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK! You may find your vacation plans cancelled when you arrive for no good reason and stranded on this sick……

“My husband and I were here for our anniversary. Also our first visit to Cuba! The house is not located in Havana which was fine with me! The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They will take great care of you. Shout out to Adrian, Ivan, and Jennifer! A/C in room and we had the king room with shower too. Breakfast is good if you’re a morning eater. They will literally take your order each day. Go to Pazillo for cocktails, food, and music that you can walk to. Also visit As Cafe for local……

“beautiful beach and good food at the buffet despite long queues to get it. Room needs to be totally refurbished to be compared to an European 5 stars resort! However, the staying was pleasant! ”

“This was my second destination in Cuba after Havana. I got very relaxed with a warm welcome as I was so tired and sick of those people trying to rip you off in Havana. Finally I could take some rest here. Clean and cozy place. AC working very well. The host was very nice and willing to help with everything. You should definitely visit Palacio de Valle where she recommended for me. I guess only down side is that she cannot speak English.”
