"Great location, small hotel. My room key inexplicably stopped working and this happened to a couple of other guests. Easily fixable. The room was very quiet at night despite being very close to a busy area."

"Our room had a roach crawling up the wall. To get ice you had to go down into an old dining room and get ice from behind the bar. The room two doors down had police tape sealing the door. Not very cleanly. Barely passed as a place to sleep. Definitely the worst place I’ve stayed at in NYC."
