Weekend getaways in Tyler

2nd time staying here. Very clean, comfortable beds, updated rooms (except the carpet), good breakfast, front staff is very nice, safe area with everything you want close by but off the main road so quiet surroundings. This will be the hotel we stay at any time we are in town.

This is a very clean property in a great location with mostly helpful and caring staff. I’ve stayed here multiple times and have a great stay each time.

We had a lovely stay. The property was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent service

The hotel was clean and safe. Admittedly, I was the only guest in the hotel that night, so I was a little leery, but that had nothing to do with the location. It was beautiful and comfortable, and I'd love to go back and stay with my husband. That bathtub was amazing.

The staff was very accommodating and the entire stay was wonderful!

Very nice staff, they were very helpful! The property is well maintained and the rooms are clean and well kept.

I loved the water fountain it is beautiful I love the way everything looks when you come through the front door if this place it is just so welcoming and cozy and comfortable if feels like I'm at home!

I love Hampton Inns. I always look for and stay at Hamptons. They always have the best comfort beds, always clean, friendly staff, great breakfast. The only complaint I have was the toilet was etremely load when flushed and you had to hold down the handle. I about jumped out of my skin the first time.

Staff was great

Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean and comfortable.

We stayed here to go to the First Monday at Canton which is about a 15 minute drive from the hotel. We wanted to avoid the traffic and busyness of Canton. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the front desk clerk to the ladies cleaning the rooms. The room and bathroom were very clean. The air conditioner was a little on the loud side when it was running, but it worked. Our room was on the back side of the hotel and in front of a drive through for Arby’s and a Love truck stop but...

The staff people in the front desk really nice.

A property stay experience starts with the front desk. This property had the most amazing, kind and wonderful front desk staffer. He was so kind and accommodating to requests. We were all impressed. The room was spacious and quiet. The hotel is older but very well maintained. They slowed late checkout too. We will definitely stay here next time In Tyler.

The room was really nice and clean.

All good. Pool and hot tub are a bit old but otherwise the hotel is great.

This was a really nice hotel! The room was large and had everything we needed.

The elevator was broken
